Thank you for telling me the recipe for banana flowers,
Last night I tried the cooking
First, I cut the flower of a banana lengthwise ,just it was almost like bamboo shoots.
The banana flower has a strong lye,so it changed color to gray from close exposure to acidulated water,
Because I had no chicken ,I doressed it with the boiled shrimp as the salad.
It,s taste was okay.!
But even after hearing on my family "May I cook this dish again ?"
nobody said yes........!

夕べ、教えていただいたレシピを参考に、バナナの花と湯でエビで、サラダを作りました。
縦に切ると、筍みたいですね。
けっこう、あくが強九、酢水にさらすそばから灰色に変色しました。
もう一度作る？と聴いても、誰もうんと首を縦に振りませんでした。
何事も、チャレンジです！
